Very awkward, and impersonal. Waited a while to conduct the interview, and they seemed like they had their mind made up before I even came. Heard management was bad, and they play the system, but good company to work for, for the benefits.

Application and interview were very standard. Interview was me, HR manager, Ops manager, and assistant general manager asking general basic questions. Overall a stress free experience but it’s been a month with zero communication and job posting still active. I am also currently a Walmart associate.
