I applied online, within 2 days I received a phone call. I waited for an hour to see the first manager. Once the interview was under way it took about 30 minutes. I believe there were only 2 interviews total. The first was an hourly supervisor who explained I was her first interview. After she read off her questions, the salaried assistant manager asked a few questions. He then explained the pay would be quite low, but offered me a condition that if my productivity remained high I would get the first available department to manage. They tend to make a lot of promises so I would say it is a good idea to get what you can in writing. If they sign it, then they really mean it. Mostly situational questions.

Three interviews very friendly management team.The questions were quite easy to answer and the interview was a group interview so you dont get put on the spot. Management gives you information about job perks and all other positive benefits company has to offer.
