I applied online and received a call about a week later to come in for an interview. I went to the ".com" area, and was lead to a table in the back room for my interview. My interviewer first had me sign all of my paperwork he printed from my application, confirming it was all correct. Then he started asking me questions. The interview was very relaxed and felt like my interviewer and I were just having a conversation. At the end, he told me it was a "pretty good interview overall." I was originally called in to apply for Lawn and Garden, but he wasn't sure that was a good fit for me, so he asked if there was another department I would like to work in. I told him I was open to anything. The next day, I received a call asking me to come in for a second interview. Turns out, it was actually a 3rd interview, which is just them offering the job. The woman who hired me said the man who interviewed me probably just did the first and second interview all at once. She offered me the job, I signed some paperwork, and then went down the hall to receive paperwork about the position, the background check, and the drug test. They said they would call after my information came back clean.
