Upon arrival we received name tags and filled out our availability. Then, in groups of 4 we were taken to the back for a group interview. They then proceeded to ask us scenario based questions. It was very easy going, and not intimidating at all!

It was very smooth, quick and easy. Walmart interview process was great . decision-making is deliberate. Communication is tight and respectful. Clear timelines with a quick decision. Can know in a couple hours if you got the job

Very straight forward, standard interview. Personnel is very laid back, no need to sweat it out. Just come with a pulse and a resume and you're set. Obviously might differ for upper level management positions.
