Applied at the store and was hired as a sales associate - highly recommend wearing a tie to the interview - worked for me - but at the end of the day just bring your A game and believe in yourself. Would think that its the same thing that applies really anywhere (big company wise...)
applied online. phone call from manager who asks few questions on the phone then invites to irl interview then ask few more questions then phone call few days later to offer job.
Automated video interview, answer questions with a prompt. The questions are all basic questions that would typically be asked in a hiring recruiter screen. Didn’t seem very difficult and was very straight forward to complete.
It was pretty standard for the industry. I was asked about my prior experience, current goals, and opportunity for upward mobility at the specific store and at the broader organization.
