Basic interview process that lasted about an hour. The marketing director and I talked casually for about ten to fifteen minutes before getting to the actual interview. There was between five to ten behavioral questions in addition to the usual questions like "Tell me about yourself" and "Why Walmart?".

30 Minute pre-screen call followed by interview with recruiter and district manager(s)
Pre-screen call was straight forward questions getting to know you and your background. Why Walmart, some questions about your ideals and work ethic.
I am awaiting the second phase and will update this post.
Very informative about the company's history and general purpose/direction. They asked questions regarding where I wanted to be in a few years within the company. They also wanted to know if I see myself in more of a leadership role.
