You apply and the manager of your position calls you back for an interview where they go over what hours you can work and what your position entails.
There was only one interview question.
It was along the lines of how you have gone out of your way to make a customer's experience better.

What have you done to make someone's experience better?
Pretty easy. A lot of information up front that's hard to retain but everything you need to find is online. Pretty much always ends with an offer. Just be cool.
Online application and skill assessment, followed by an in person interview with a team lead. Assessment was a little vaguely worded at times, but it all seems like common sense if you've worked customer facing roles before.
Efficient interview process. Quick and easy interview. Hiring manager was approachable and easy to talk to. I was asked about my experience to determine if I would be a good fit.
