2 weeks after applying, I got a call to be scheduled for a phone interview later in the day.
1st Phone interview lasted for about 30 minutes. Both interviewers were pretty nice and friendly and asked typical questions that you'd expect. However, I believe the interview will be two parts.

Tell me about a time you went above and beyond for a patient
30 Minute pre-screen call followed by interview with recruiter and district manager(s)
Pre-screen call was straight forward questions getting to know you and your background. Why Walmart, some questions about your ideals and work ethic.
I am awaiting the second phase and will update this post.
Very informative about the company's history and general purpose/direction. They asked questions regarding where I wanted to be in a few years within the company. They also wanted to know if I see myself in more of a leadership role.
