Normal interview process they have basic situational questions and procedure they use for all interviews assessing your ability to really prioritize task and safety. They pose situational questions in a retail setting and ask what you would do in this situation.

The interview was over the Phone and in person as well. From what I remember It actually took them a little while for them to reach out and call me.
