Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite un'agenzia di reclutamento personale. La procedura ha richiesto una settimana. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Walmart nel mese di nov 2021
Colloquio
WORST interview experience ever,
The final round has 4 interviewers, one of these interviewers was disrespectful and perfunctory. I suppose to end the interview immidiately, but I don't want to embarrass the recruiter, he is a good guy. After this I email them about the disrespect and unprofession of the interviewer, the recrutier said he would try to get some feedback about this issue. But they sidesteped this problem and the feedback are about how I lack of knowledge of this role, this feedback is not correct and unfair, some questions they mentioned has not been asked totally. Instead of blaming interviewee using ridiculous reasons, how about educate your interviewer to respect people? I believe the hiring manager covered up this. No one really cares. So I would not suggest Walmart New York if you have better options.
First, standard short phone call with recruiter. Then a 1-hour interview with an engineer on the team, asked about technical experience and background, and did a live coding assessment via video call. Fairly standard Leetcode style questions
Intense but rewarding — the interview for the Software Engineer position at Walmart Labs was tougher than I anticipated. The technical rounds included an LRU Cache implementation question where I had to articulate my design thoughts on thread safety, followed by a complex system design for a real-time inventory service. What made a difference in my prep were the company-specific prompts I found on prachub.com; they really helped me understand the types of questions I might face. Despite the challenging nature of the interviews, I ultimately received an offer but chose to decline.
