Very straightforward. You will be interviewed by one of the Managers. Questions aside from telling something about yourself, would be behavioral and scenario based. Mostly focused on providing customer service, time management and team work.

What would you do if a customer ask your help to look for an item he wants to purchase but cannot find it but you are not familiar with the item and you're about to end your shift?
Pretty easy. A lot of information up front that's hard to retain but everything you need to find is online. Pretty much always ends with an offer. Just be cool.
Online application and skill assessment, followed by an in person interview with a team lead. Assessment was a little vaguely worded at times, but it all seems like common sense if you've worked customer facing roles before.
Efficient interview process. Quick and easy interview. Hiring manager was approachable and easy to talk to. I was asked about my experience to determine if I would be a good fit.
