First it's the department manager interview. Pretty easy basic questions. Then 2 big guy interviews. Assistant store manager and actual store manager. I got a big nervous with them. They want you to think that the whole Sam Walton point of view is what you should go by. But they don't even follow his concept.

Super easy and casual. Asked my availability and previous work experience and then just explained the job to me. Took about ten minutes, just be available and agreeable and you’ll get it.
