It didn't feel like a proper interview.
They ask what days you can work and how many hours you want and then boom hired on the spot. I'm not complaining but it just seemed very unprofessional.

They called me for the interview, it was easy and on phone. Had another interview in person and hired after. It was all basic questions. All they want to know if you can arrive on time and if you need any accommodations.

Shortly after applying online, I received email invite for assessment/job tryout. Completed both tasks and received a call from Job Coach 2 days later. Spoke for 5 minutes and accepted job offer then.
The entire process took 5 days total.

They dont ask much only, what did you do for work before walmart. and why do you wanna work here. Took them like two weeks to send a job offer.
