They use the STAR system with five questions that are all previous work experiences. People need to use real situations and enforce it with names. Stress your leadership skills and independent in thought. You will be interviewed by a panel of Store Managers. Since they are together any of them may choose you for their store. You usually only have to really impress one.

Interview process required several interviews. First you interviewed with the store manager typically by phone or by zoom. Then the next interview was with the market manager or member of the market team.

Tell me about an experience when you had to overcome change and adapt to a new work environment.
Fairly streamlined and quick, friendly interviewers made it comfortable, there was no waiting room for the interview but nonetheless it was not a hassle,
They called to inform the position after 3 days
Very long and drawn out process with no compensation discussion until the very end, needs more transparency in my opinion, otherwise fairly painless process overall. Definitely not one to be intimidated about.
