Cake, they pretty much just talk about the company and position " i just nodded my head and agreed" i think they also asked me if i could lift 60lbs.
Very simple and straight to the point. Management asks basic get to know you questions but truly wants to know if you are reliable and dependable. They want to ensure you will show up to work.
