The hiring process was fast. It took about 3 weeks from initial call to offer which was nice.the offer was more than expected which was exciting. No complaints so far. Great company to work for.

The interview process was two rounds. The first round was with the VP of the Division and one of the senior directors. This first interview was more of a meet-and-greet/ informal interview. The second interview was a panel interview with the Vice President and two of the senior directors of the division.

Interview questions involved a case study and how you would respond based on the data in front of you. If you were an outside candidate that did not know the planning structure it was very difficult to synthesize the data in a few minutes and provide answers.
