Colloquio
The interview process is split up into 3 small interviews, first you will interview with a department manager they will read off a list of questions asking scenarios you may or may not have been in and how you reacted to them they just scale your answer from 1-7 and log them into the computer after.
If they feel that you are a good fit for the job you are being offered they will call in a assistant manager for your 2nd interview. this is the same process as the first interview and even most of the same questions are asked.
They will setup a drug test and background check, they said this could take up to a week but I got mine back the next day. I was called back the same night of my first 2 interviews and was asked to come back in the next day for the 3rd interview / job offer.
I was very happy with the process and it was all done very fast.

Describe a time when you had to go above and beyond the call of duty to satisfy a customer and What did you do and how did you know that the customer was satisfied?
There was a lot of questions but overall it went pretty decent. They were your standard interview questions. I am happy with the outcome but maybe I could do better next time.
Solid and very well informative process. It was straightforward and well put together. I really enjoyed the people that I interacted with and ultimately chose another route due to time constraints.

The interview was brief but straight forward. I interviewed with someone and was done within 15 minutes. They asked a few questions about myself and past job experience. Then I progressed to the next steps in the hiring process. The next steps where orientation.
