I had a one on one interview. They asked about five questions and also asked about two employment gaps that I had. I then filled out background check information and was told to wait for a call for a second interview.

Tell me about a project that you worked on and how did you get it done.
applied online. phone call from manager who asks few questions on the phone then invites to irl interview then ask few more questions then phone call few days later to offer job.
Automated video interview, answer questions with a prompt. The questions are all basic questions that would typically be asked in a hiring recruiter screen. Didn’t seem very difficult and was very straight forward to complete.
It was pretty standard for the industry. I was asked about my prior experience, current goals, and opportunity for upward mobility at the specific store and at the broader organization.
