It was a group interview. We were asked to go on floor and pick any item and we were given two minutes to pick an item and sell it to the interviewer. Each person had to describe what they chose and why they chose that.

You place your application online, and in most cases just call the store a few days later. Afterwards, some team leads want an in person interview, some will just do a simple call to check availability and go over what the job entails. Afterwards, you do a background check and start your job.
