It was straightforward, asking basic questions relevant to the position. Described the job responsibilities and asked for the availability. Also analyzed how a candidate plays role in a team and in difficult situation.

Automated video interview, answer questions with a prompt. The questions are all basic questions that would typically be asked in a hiring recruiter screen. Didn’t seem very difficult and was very straight forward to complete.
It was pretty standard for the industry. I was asked about my prior experience, current goals, and opportunity for upward mobility at the specific store and at the broader organization.
