The interview was done over the phone about a week after I had applied. The process was very simple and it lasted about 10 to 15 minutes and was asked to attend orientation after being hired.

They ask me my previous related experience and ask me will I be available to work in weekends. Interview is easy. After the interview, two weeks later they told me that I am hired and ask me to visit store for training and procedures.

Very informal and easy. Asked basic information such as lifting weight above head. Was offered a position the next day. The interview was mostly used to show me around if I was interested.
