One of the worst interview experiences I've ever had. I went through multiple rounds and for 2/3 of them, the recruiter simply scheduled interviews without consulting with me at all. No "Hey we would like you to meet the team on this day, would these times work?". They just scheduled the interviews and sent me the calendar invite. She didn't even send me an email saying this was the next step.
Additionally, the interview structure was not standard and required some guidance from the recruiter going in but that was nowhere to be found.

I finished my interviews with Walmart for Principal Product Manager. Here's how the list of interviews looked like.
HR interview scheduled on a Monday.
HR came back on Tuesday for meeting with the HM.
HM scheduled for the following Monday
HR reached me out on the same day for panel round scheduling.
Panel rounds scheduled for Thu - met 3 people.
Received a couple of more invites to meet with 2 directors, the following Monday and Tuesday.
After 3-4 followups with the recruiter, I realized that they Ghosted.
It's 4 months now - I haven't heard. Gladly I joined a major tech. It's disgusting to work with recruiters of this kind.
The recruiter's name was: Mani Venkata Vijaya Maganti .
