I had a phone interview and was told someone would call me. I did not receive a follow-up call. I did try to explain a gap in my employment and am not sure if that had anything to do with the non-call back.

From application date, phone interview scheduled within 2 days. It is a preliminary screening phone interview. Scheduled for 30 minutes but only took 10 minutes. Difficulty understanding speech of person conducting the screening. Was told 7-10 business days to hear next steps.
