The interview process for Walmart Connect when applying to the Campaign Manager role is a fairly straight forward process with 3 - 4 rounds of interviews including screening, cultural or situational interview(s), technical interview and final hiring manager interview before being hired for the role.

The interview panelists were extremely condescending. This interview was a presentation but half of the interview was spent picking at the whys. Why do I want to work there. Why specifically do I want to work in retail media. Why do I want to work there when I don’t have enough experience (in that person’s eyes) .. because if I didn’t have enough experience I wouldn’t have made it through multiple rounds. One of the panelists asked me to prove to her that I know how to do something and when I did it (successfully) she said she wasn’t even sure if it was correct and that she was just testing me. WHAT!?!? One of the many panelists left the call and never came back. Probably one of the worst interviews I’ve ever had in my life. Not once did it feel like an interview, but more of an interrogation. None of them seemed to want to interview me. The energy was off from the beginning. Hate to bring race into things but I’m sure that was the main reason. The recruiters I worked with were so nice so it’s a shame the company is not like that across the board.

Easy but long process. 5 + calls over the span of a month and a half. Questions are standard and they don't require much preparation if you are qualified for the job.
