Applied online on their company website. Received an Linkedin message for a video interview 2-3 weeks later. I didn't interface with any HR, but the project lead directly. Process went smoothly and they attended the video call on time.

They basically wanted to know my background in electronics, breadboarding skills, prototyping skills, ask about my music background.
The interview was more of a conversation, and I had a good time with the project lead. The interview went over time for me.
