I applied online and was called by a recruited for a 15 minute phone screen, I was asked behavioral questions. After the phone interview I was set up for an in-person interview. The in-person interview was great, the hiring manager was very nice and easy to talk to. The questions were all behavioral, and I wasn't surprised by any odd questions. There was a focus on teamwork, leadership, and efficiency. I have not completed the final round of interviews yet.
