I applied online, got contacted by HR every quickly. Scheduled a phone screening. The HR was late for the interview and turned out she put it 30' later. She then asked to reschedule to the afternoon. So unprofessional - No apologies for multiple rescheduling or thanks for the flexibility. Then asked 3 questions. I felt the interview was not important to her at all, like just to fill her KPI. So disappointed. Changed my view about The Walt Disney as the company!! Haven't heard anything from her for 1 year although she said would know the next step 1 day later!!
