I had connections at Disney and managed to get my resume straight to a recruiter. After that I was scheduled for an interview with a recruiter. This call lasted < 5 minutes and I was told was just a formality as the team already wished to speak to me. After that I was scheduled for a zoom meeting with a panel of 5 engineers (Product owner, some senior level software engineers, and some general software engineers). This interview lasted a little over an hour and covered primarily background material and hypothetical questions. I contained no technical leet code style questions. After that final interview, it took about 4 weeks before I got a decision back, totally about 7 weeks from the time I applied to the time I received a decision.

Was contacted by a recruiter, and one week later had a phone interview with the project manager. He asked a bunch of questions about HTML, JavaScript, etc when the job description asked for experience with C++, C#, and ActionScript. Was never formally rejected, but they didn't contact me back in any way after the interview. Not very professional.
