Being enthusiastic and sharing your reason and/or connection to the Walt Disney Company is helpful. The interviewer made things very comfortable for me and an enjoyable experience.

It’s a two round interview process first was a call second one they asked about five questions. One of them was like introducing yourself and then they went and had to ask why and just ask about availability.

After submitting an online application, there is an online questionnaire. They want strong opinions or people that can make decisions easily so choose strongly agree or strongly disagree. In-person interview went very smoothly.
