      Colloquio per Public Relations

      29 apr 2025
      Candidato anonimo a colloquio
      Houston, TX

      Esperienza negativa

      Candidatura

Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto una settimana. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Wan Bridge Group (Houston, TX)

      Colloquio

My interview experience left me feeling uncomfortable and undervalued. From the start, communication raised red flags — the initial emails were brief, informal, and lacked basic professional details like a signature, job title, or proper formatting, which initially made me question the legitimacy of the opportunity. While it turned out to be real, the lack of polish made me hesitant. The interview was scheduled after work hours, which I appreciated, but shortly after we began, the interviewer took what she described as an emergency call from the CEO. She appeared visibly frustrated, left her camera on, and did not return. I sat there awkwardly for 10–15 minutes without any communication or proper close. Before I could respond, she said we’d just continue the next day — without asking my availability. If the interruption had been a personal emergency, I’d have understood, but a CEO-related issue during a candidate interview — especially outside regular hours — felt unprofessional. I ultimately chose to withdraw my application.

      Domande di colloquio [1]

      Domanda 1

They asked about my background and what was motivating my decision to make a career move.
