The interview takes place in two stages. The first is a call from an HR specialist from the main office in Serbia, and the second is an on-site interview. Everything is quite clear and logical; they evaluate real skills and work experience. The tasks are explained in great detail.

At first there was regular call with a recruiter. She was wear welcoming and friendly, it went well. Then I had a call with hiring manager, where they described processes in the company and what exactly they want me to do.
Later there were quite interesting test tasks.
