No interview opportunity was offered and no one reached out to me despite mentioning on their website that they reach out to anyone who applies, even if they don't suit the role.

I had a first interview with HR. It went well, they were nice, we were talking about general expectations and experiences. Then I asked about the salary. Their budget of 50.000 CZK gross per month is ridiculously low for a German native speaker, for a job in Prague, for a job in 2023. Seeing their average salary in the US, it is also quite insulting.
