One of the most toxic recruitment process I ever experienced. I applied for several similar roles in a year. Every time they told me that I wasn't suitable, but they never told me why. Sometimes their decision was fast, sometimes I had to wait up to 2 months. And each time they sent a survey asking how clear did they describe why wasn't I suitable.
