I had to meet 3 different managers at a senior level, all three interviews were one on one, not a panel interview. These were the most senior level managers who had been with the company for 15+ years. I was asked many questions on experience, how much I knew about the company itself and how I would be an asset to the company as a whole. I would have had one direct report at the Toronto office, as well as work closely with the HR team at their head office in California and in the UK. The interviews themselves were short in duration, I would say approx. 30mins, I was hired on right away and was up against 2 other candidates. It was a great interview experience as the company knew exactly what they were looking for and I was on point with their requirements. If I ever had the opportunity again in future I would definitely work here again and would recommend it to a friend as well.
