We had a screening video interview and then I did a 2nd video interview. The questions in the 2nd video interview were vague and felt like the person used ChatGPT to ask them so at one point I just drew a blank because they literally said in their email "please do not use AI during the interview". Amazing how they tell you not to use AI but are free to do it themselves. After that interview they just ghosted me and couldn't even be bothered to send a rejection email.
