A 20 minute phone call, followed by a group Zoom interview and finally an in person interview. Most of it focused on them pitching the training process. It seemed like they were looking for anyone with a pulse to apply
Extremely vague process with no transparency only to find out my interview was a group zoom setting with 2 other candidates. I was the first person to answer every question in front of others.

Within first 5 minutes they wanted to know if I was interested in a 6-8 week management program. Extremely unprofessional and misleading to candidates.
