I submitted a resume from out of state, upon receipt of an invitation for the interview, I travelled to Houston Texas and visited the office facilities. There I met the lead Project Management staff along with the engineering personnel. I returned the second day for an interview with the Project Manager I was to be working with. Our personalities were compatible, and it appeared we could work together, so after a few hours on the second day I was offered and accepted the position.
