Met with a manager who asked me about myself, my work experience in the social field, and gave me scenarios of individuals who come to the center and asked me what local resources I would refer them to. The job posting said you could be trained and receive the certification while working so I was a little surprised that they just expected me to list a lot of resources when I have never been a case manager before. With AI available now it would be easy to make a list of all resources available, when they are applicable and research & memorize them to prepare for such an interview.

Interview was fairly simple and straightforward. All of the questions related to the job. The interview committee was only two people, so I wasn't super intimidating and both were really nice and inviting.
