3 step interview process. First by phone, then with Divisional management group, then on to Region if you're liked. They tend to focus more on if you're a good culture fit rather than if you know the nuts and bolts of the industry or the technical skills in accounting.

The interview was simple and straight forward. They asked about my experience with excel/ bookkeeping along with some small talk. They made it clear that upward growth isn’t always guaranteed unless you are willing to move to other locations. I decided not to go to the second interview. Not the job for me but definitely suitable for someone who doesn’t mind moving.
