Two step process. Met with recruiter then met director. Second part was a site visit.Took about three weeks. Was offered a competitive salary and accepted. Started a week later after taking physical.

It was a single interview. Those present included the District Supervisor, Regional VP, and two would be peers. The interview lasted about an hour and was somewhat informal. The interviewers were very cordial and asked context specific questions.
