      First you have to do phone interview with HR. After answering some questions with HR, you will need to do written test at the office and answer some technical questions from manager and engineer.

      Phone screen, then face-to-face. The interview in person was very awkward. It didn't look like they could all get on the same page about what they wanted or whether they really wanted to interview me or not. There appeared to be confusion about what position I was applying for because the copy of the description she started using was for a different position. They set aside 3 hours and sent me home after about an hour and a half instead. The HR lady who dismissed me from that was the same one who phone screened me and the reasons for my early dismissal were already disclosed during that phone screen. In other words, during the phone screen they'd ask "Blah blah, what is your response?" Me: "my response is X". Then when I was there they said "We decided not go forward because you said X". Well, you knew about X ever since the phone screen so nice try. Just really fake and rude people and I hope they dread their commutes to that mess of a city. I ended up getting a job offer that paid 57% more than my wage at the time anyway which I'm pretty sure is more than what this would have offered - with a far better commute. So there! If that hiring team happens to be reading this, listen: You need to coordinate with your HR lady/phone screener better and just focus on what you really want. Why waste people's time? Or just find someone you already know to consider.

      There really wasn't anything challenging about their line of questioning. Its not like they were testing skills or knowledge. Just a get-to-know-you and describing what I was doing for work at the time.
