The first interview was a breeze. The second interview consisted of a lot of technical questions. I had to take two tests. The tests were long and laborious. You only have 24 hours to complete each exam. I felt that the exams were too intensive for the level of the job.

I emailed my application to HR. A VP interviewed me and then gave me a technical assessment. After turning in the assessment, I never heard back either way. It was very unprofessional to not at least give an affirmation that the assessment was received, not to mention giving notice that they moved forward with other candidates.
