I waited for an hour for an interview that never happened. I applied directly on their site and got a text from the supposed hiring manager attaching a link to select the date and time for a phone interview. I received an email and text confirmation that it was set. My interview came around and I did not receive a call with in 30 minutes of my scheduled time. I texted the number provided with the confirmations as the last text said to reply if needing to cancel or reschedule. I texted in hopes someone would see it and give me an answer as to why I haven’t heard anything yet then I emailed the email confirmation that I received. Then I called the location to confirm that I will be receiving a call and I was told that someone would call but they didn’t know when. Another 30 minutes go by and I received an email back saying that I was put on the wrong persons calendar and someone would call me in a few days. Why schedule an interview if someone’s going call me when convenient for them? I waisted an hour of my life waiting to get no answers. A few days later, I contacted the location again and was told that a manager would be giving me a call. It has been over a week and I have heard nothing back from the company. I even tried texting the number one more time explaining the situation and have not heard back. It is a shame as I enjoyed this business as a customer and is very upsetting seeing how disorganized they really are.

Interview process was very simple. Phone interview was quick, professional, and thorough. Was asked to come in for an in person interview the next day. Also very simple and standard questions. All of that good was immediately erased when management was unable to pick up a phone. I had followed up with the interviews 3 days after the in person and 5 days after the in person. Both times the CSR was friendly and took my info and said the hiring team would call back and both times I received nothing. You claim to care and need people comfortable on phones and yet you can't call back someone who genuinely wanted to work for you. If you can't do that for a potential employee you can only imagine what happens to families who have been deemed difficult.

10 minutes of very basic questions. It was so easy that the older lady doing it was like do you want the job and start Tomorrow. She had me observe the workers do my job and asked me what I thought and then we talked more about it
