All interviews were conducted on zoom with one interviewer each day. The first one was from HR department then followed by one from the regional lead and thereafter country lead. Questions ranged from education background, career experience to lifestyle/personal traits. But above all, the interview process was a very interactive one and I appreciate the fact that covid SOPs were observed as the interviews were conducted online.

The interview was very professional and direct,ie giving brief informations to candidates on how the interview process will be going.First you get to have a 1 on 1 interview with the recruiter then after that you get intouch with the hiring manager. After that is when you go on the other domains of the interview process.
