We set expectations early on in the process of what our interview process looks like so as to not take anyone by surprise, and so folks can opt out should they choose, since we realize it's an investment of your time and energy. Part of the reason why we do streamlined and structured interviewing is so that way it can be completed in one sitting, instead of coming back and forth multiple times which can be even more disruptive with all of the other commitments folks have on the go. We do our best to be clear about what our expectations are about the interview process, provide feedback, and make it a meaningful experience for everyone involved since it's also a large commitment on our end, too (approximately 10 hours per candidate!).
