Wave Money was an organisation which thoroughly impressed me in its purpose, mission and vision. I fought for an interview and headhunted their TA team to get it, however my experience was truly the worst I have ever had, the team were far from impressive, asked questions without purpose and passed me from one to another asking me to complete lengthy tasks with little notice and then not even looking at it, I was told at last rounds that I wouldn't be offered the role as I was too ambitious - a new one for me. I would only work for this organisation if I could ensure the entire TA team who interviewed me could be replaced.
