Two video calls with the same person. Very rushed. Felt like they were selling the role, all last minute and unprepared. I regret taking the role as didn't vet the company properly and ended up being a toxic environment.

I went through 4 rounds of interviews across 4 weeks. It really felt like I was being passed around the office being interviewed by 4 different Group Directors. For that reason, I was asked the same questions multiple times over (I admit that I got a bit sick of repeating myself). It was a painstakingly long process, only to be contacted by HR a week after my fourth interview that my experience didn't really match any of the Director positions that they had on offer. I was okay with that but I felt a bit frustrated that they couldn't just tell me this after my first interview rather than waste my time for 3 subsequent weeks. I'll be steering clear of this place moving forward, even if I do happen to garner the necessary experience they desire down the track.
