Pretty quick, there’s alot more to the role than advertised or mentioned during interview process. I don’t think 1 interview is enough considering the quality of hires and turnover rates

Process was a mess and unorganised, the recruiter got my name wrong many times and led to me lodging a complaint- id avoid if possible as it wasnt a great experience
Straightforward with situational questioning. Must show knowledge of the role and pitch how you'll add value in the role. Start with screening and advance to hiring manager & their teammates.
