The first screening being a 30-minute call over teams, questions were generally easy got more of an understanding of who Wavestone are and what they do. Then the second stage is a half-day assessment where there are a number of interviews first being a motivational interview, a meet and greet with the team, a 10-minute presentation ( they give you three topics you chose one), next analytical assessment a real-life case study is given and must answer questions on it( where I failed on) and to finish a skills interview. Overall a good recruitment experience.

Très long et exigeant, profils rencontrés pas toujours sympathiques. La RH nous propose d'échanger avec un consultant en dehors du processus de recrutement, pour découvrir le poste et préparer les entretiens, très bonne initiative.
