Looking for people that are hard working, positive attitudes with no outside life. Culture is portrayed as one of a family atmosphere, and caring about the employees. Have some retail skills and be prepared to answer alot of questions about teamwork.
The phone interview was thoughtful and conversational. The interviewer made me feel relaxed and made it easy to talk about myself. She even critiqued the answers I'd given should for future interviews.

The questions were around handling performance situations with direct reports.
Met with the area manager and general manager very easy process everything seemed great but called me back and offered me something I was totally under qualified for and without being 100 percent clear why he made that decision

How would I positively affect the growth of my store
It was really easy and comfortable. Didn’t feel overwhelmed or like I was being grilled. Already felt like part of the family and I wasn’t even hired yet. Asked usual questions as you would expect in an interview. Just be yourself and let your resume speak to your experience.
